Anyone knows how I can renew the subscription to this software; or tweak some hidden system file so that it continues to function. It appears to no longer be in supported, but I'm now left with an unusable product that contains years of data.

Were you ever able to renew your subscription. I cannot seem to get anyone to respond and now in a panic I've been using GuestAll for 20 years. Please help.

Cindy Marlin, I just gave up. Guess something happened to Bill? He was always so helpful. I went with Resnexus and they were able to morph all my data from Guestall into the new program

Frank, we are in the same boat as you! If you change your date (back date clock setting to change year manually) on your computer you will be able to use the program. Just every time you make an entry remember to watch your entry date! We are currently trying to sort out a permanent fix by finding a "backdoor" but haven't as of yet but at least this date change will allow you access to your files and keep you running for now.

I have been using Guestall for over 10 years. Now I cannot renew my system because it will not accept my information on the renewal screen. No one answers the support form. I cannot access my reservation information or print info for taxes. Useless product.
